GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices include
- Rental of the cottage for the specified period
- Sheets / Duvet covers
- Towels
- Blankets / Duvets
- Use of the swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and spa (from May 1st to September 30th).
- Children’s play area
- Petero court
- Secure parking
Arrival and departure
- Arrival between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Hygiene, safety and insurance rules
- Swimming pool hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Spa hours: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- The spa is only accessible to adults.
- Use of the swimming pool and spa is strictly reserved for the occupants of the rental property and not for their guests.
- To preserve the quality of the pool and spa water, please shower after any physical activity (such as running, cycling, walking, etc.) before entering the water. A solar shower is available in the pool area.
- The security deposit is due upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure or returned within one week after a property inspection.
- All items found on the property and in the cottages must remain on the property at all times.
- The pool area must be kept clean and tidy. Sun loungers must be returned to their proper place. No personal belongings such as towels, sunscreen, etc., should be left behind after closing time. Toys and parasols must be returned to the designated storage box.
- Do not hang towels or laundry on the pool fence; drying racks are provided.
- Please leave the outdoor area as you found it upon arrival (children’s toys in the playhouse, barbecue cleaned, etc.).
- Noise and music are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
- If any of these rules are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or exclude the person(s) not respecting them.
- These common-sense rules are in place to ensure everyone’s well-being.
Booking/Payment/Cancellation
Booking:
To make a reservation request, use the Reservation Request Form on the page of the desired cottage:
Payment:
- If the time between your arrival date and your booking date is more than 30 days, we will send you an email requesting a deposit (30% of the total cost of your stay) via bank transfer. Then, 30 days before your arrival, we will request payment of the remaining balance.
- If the time between your arrival date and your booking date is 30 days or less, we will send you an email requesting payment of the full amount of your stay.
Payment method:
- Payment by bank transfer in EURO. We do not accept foreign currencies.

- We do not accept checks as a form of payment, only as a form of security deposit.
- The security deposit check must be given upon arrival. For customers without a checkbook, cash payment is accepted.
Cancellation
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and the sums paid will not be refunded.
1 – Deadlines and cancellation request:
- The request must be made by email.
- For stays of 4 days or less, cancellations must be made at least one week before arrival.
- For stays of 5 days or more, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival.
2 – Refund conditions:
- 30% of the total booking amount, corresponding to the deposit, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the cancellation deadline is met, we will refund 70% of the total cost of the stay, provided payment has already been received.
- If the cancellation deadline is not met, no refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT
The keys will be handed over in exchange for the security deposit check or the corresponding cash payment.
We do not accept pets.
