Use of the spa from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Payment:
For any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date, full payment will be required.
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a 30% deposit will be required after confirmation of your rental request, and the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Payment Method:
By bank transfer in EURO. We do not accept foreign currencies.

We do not accept checks as a form of payment, only as a security deposit.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure or returned within one week of the property inspection.
The security deposit check must be submitted upon arrival. For guests without a checkbook, cash payment is accepted.
Cancellation:
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation, and the amounts paid will not be refunded.
Requests must be made by email.
30% of the total reservation amount, corresponding to the deposit, is non-refundable.
Stays of less than 5 days: 1 week prior to arrival.
Stays of more than 4 days: 30 days prior to arrival.
If the cancellation deadline is not met, no refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT
Keys will be given in exchange for the security deposit.
