Prices including

• Rental of the cottage for the duration
  Sheets / Duvet covers
• Towels
• Blankets / Quilts
• Use of the swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and the spa (from May 1 to September 30).
• Children’s games
• Bowling alley
• Secure parking

Arrival and departure

• Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Departure between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Health, safety and insurance rules

• Hours of use of the pool area from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Spa use hours 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• The spa is only accessible to adults.
• Use of the pool and spa is strictly reserved for the occupants of the rental and not their guests.
• In order to preserve the quality of the pool or spa water, you are asked to shower after a sporting activity such as (running, cycling, walking, etc.) before entering the water. A solar shower is available on the pool area.
• Payment of the deposit on arrival, return on departure or returned no later than 1 week and after inventory.
• Anything found on the property and in the lodgings must in no case leave the property.
• The pool area must be kept clean and tidy. Sunbathing put back in their place. There must not be any personal items left after closing, such as (towels, sunscreen, etc.), as well as toys and umbrellas put back in the safe dedicated to this use.
• Do not hang towels and linen on the fence of the swimming pool, dryers are at your disposal for this.
• To restore the exterior space as you found it on arrival. (children’s games in the small house, cleaned barbecue, etc.)
• Noise or music are no longer tolerated between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., for the benefit of all occupants.
• In the event of non-compliance with any of these clauses, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or to exclude the person or persons not respecting the rules.
• These common sense rules are there for everyone’s respect.

Booking / Payment

• Make a reservation request using the Reservation Request Form on the desired cottage page :

• Les Lavandes 
• If the date interval between the arrival date and the reservation date is> 30 days, we will send you an email requesting payment of the deposit (30% of the amount of the stay) by bank transfer. Then 30 days before your arrival we will ask you for payment of the balance of the stay.
• If the date interval between the arrival date and the reservation date is <= 30 days, we will send you an email requesting payment of the full amount of the stay.

Payment method

By bank transfer in EURO only. We do not accept foreign currencies.

Pay attention:
We do not accept checks as a method of payment, only as a form of deposit.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and the amounts paid will not be returned.
The deposit check must be given upon arrival. For customers who do not have a checkbook, cash payment is accepted.
